FOREIGN CUSTOMERS: Please submit your order in English. Payment must be in US dollars with an affiliated US bank or by credit card. We will ship your order to an address in the United States only.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: Any damage in shipping must be reported immediately to the shipper. Save shipping box, all packaging and damaged merchandise for shipper inspection, otherwise no claims can be honored.
RETURN POLICY: Unless otherwise noted, you have a 7-day money back guarantee, provided all returned parts or other merchandise are in original condition and packing in which they were received by you; they must be unaltered. Shipping and handling charges are not covered by this policy. Include a note of explanation as to the nature of the return along with a copy of the original invoice. Please package the return item properly, we may be unable to refund or exchange item if item was damaged during shipment back to us. Please make sure you have adequate insurance for the return item. Returned items subject to a 20% restocking charge. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDERING MISTAKES.
